Overload and burnout are natural consequences of our lack of rest; Merle Burkholder explains what we should do when pressure stops increasing performance and starts producing burnout. Merle Burkholder and his wife Edith live in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Canada. They have five children. They have spent the last 45 years in mission work. Merle serves as staff pastor for Open Hands and as a mentor in the Servant Institute program. Merle has a desire to help people experience fullness in Christ and to see the kingdom of God grow here on the earth.
