What does it mean to be a citizen of Christ’s kingdom while living on earth? In this episode, Merle Burkholder discusses why he chooses to stay within the Anabaptist church. He briefly describes four elements of Anabaptism that he believes to be of importance.
Merle Burkholder and his wife Edith live in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Canada. They have five children. They have spent the last 45 years in mission work. Merle serves as staff pastor for Open Hands and as a mentor in the Servant Institute program. Merle has a desire to help people experience fullness in Christ and to see the kingdom of God grow here on the earth.
